Services

One Zero Backspace provides AI automation, API integration, workflow design, website design and development, computer support and related technical services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quote that you approve before work begins.

Payment

Invoices are issued electronically and may be paid online by credit or debit card through our payment processor. Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice. Larger projects may require a deposit before work starts.

Refunds & cancellations

You can cancel a project at any time by emailing help@onezerobackspace.com. If you cancel before work begins, any payment made is refunded in full. If you cancel after work has started, you are billed only for work completed up to the cancellation date and any remaining prepaid amount is refunded. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable, but we will fix any defects in delivered work that do not match the agreed scope at no extra charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Third-party platforms

Integrations rely on third-party platforms and their APIs, which may change their features, plans, pricing or terms. We are not responsible for changes or outages on those platforms, but we will tell you if a change affects your project and quote any work needed to adapt.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. Third-party software, libraries and services remain subject to their own licences.

Liability

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
