What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you contact us, chat with the assistant on this site, or become a client: your name, email address, business details and project information, plus billing details needed to invoice you.
Contact form
When you send the contact form, the details you enter are emailed to us at help@onezerobackspace.com through our email provider, Mailgun. The website does not keep a copy. Basic, temporary limits are applied to prevent spam.
Website chat
The chat assistant on this site is an AI. What you type is sent to Anthropic, which writes the replies under its own privacy policy. We keep the conversation on our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for up to 90 days, so it can carry on as you move between pages and so we can check the assistant’s answers. The chat stores a session ID in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab; it sets no cookies. If you ask the assistant to pass on an enquiry, your name, contact details and message are saved and emailed to us, and kept like any other enquiry. Please don’t share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy.
Client systems
When we build integrations, we may need access to your business software. We request only the access a project needs, store credentials securely, and remove our access on request or when the work ends.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to enquiries, deliver services, send invoices and receipts, and meet legal or tax obligations. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Website
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics, and its fonts are hosted on our own server. Our hosting may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Retention & your rights
We keep client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet record-keeping requirements. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing help@onezerobackspace.com.
